Change

Change has come hard and fast around here.  My baby finished Kindergarden and we're enjoying a mellow and groovy summer.  I've been doing a lot of reading, though not as much as I'd like.  I look at the list of books I've read this year and find myself thinking, "Damn.  I don't read all that fast, do I?"  I've managed to finish some knitting and, though I've updated on Ravelry I completely failed to update here.  But it's all about blogging without obligation, right?  Even if no one reads, right?  LOL

I loved Eat, Pray, Love. I found it very moving and inspirational. Not too much reading going on here.... Getting ready to re-read The Thief series by Megan Whalen Turner - the new book just came out. Trying to resist buying a nook or a kindle...

I just finished reading 'The Road' about a week or two ago.. and am now working on "Eat, Pray, Love". I read pretty fast but I don't read that often or have a big budget for buying books- so I try to space them out a lot.
My son finished school about a week ago and we've been chilling out too.. making summer plans.
