Wow! WOW! WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW! Happy Birthday Dear Sweet Boogie! Four! I can hardly believe what a big girl you are. Have LOTS of fun being 4, I have it on good authority that it is a great time and that 4 year olds LOVE to talk.
